Ticket Settings
Configure how tickets behave in your server. Free settings are available to everyone; premium sections require an active subscription.
Channels
Ticket Channel ID
The channel where your ticket panel is posted. Right-click a channel in Discord and select Copy Channel ID to get the ID.
Log Channel ID
A channel where the bot sends log messages when tickets are opened and closed. Includes ticket number, category, user, and message count. This can also be set per-panel to use different log channels for different panels.
Enable Developer Mode
To copy channel IDs, enable Developer Mode in Discord Settings → Advanced → Developer Mode.
Messages
Welcome Message
The message shown when a new ticket thread is created. This is the first thing the user sees in their ticket.
Close Message
The message shown when a ticket is closed. Appears alongside who closed it and any close reason.
Custom Branding
PremiumEmbed Color
PremiumThe color of the sidebar bar on ticket embeds and log messages. Enter a hex color code (e.g., #5865F2) or use the color picker.
Footer Text
PremiumText shown at the bottom of ticket embeds. Defaults to "Tixie".
Audit Log
PremiumPost Audit Events to Log Channel
PremiumWhen enabled, audit log events (settings changes, ticket actions, etc.) are posted as embeds to your log channel in real time. Requires a log channel to be configured on your panel.
Staff Assignment
PremiumRouting Mode
PremiumNone — tickets are not auto-assigned; staff must claim them manually.
Round Robin — new tickets are automatically assigned to the staff member with the fewest open tickets.

Ticket Router
PremiumA visual if/else/then routing system. Build flowchart-style rules that execute when a ticket is created — route to different channels, auto-assign staff, apply tags, set priority, and more based on conditions like user roles, account age, or category. Free guilds get 1 condition; premium gets unlimited. Configure on the Ticket Router page.
Advanced
PremiumBot Language
PremiumChanges the language of bot messages in Discord (ticket created, closed, feedback prompts, error messages). Does not affect the dashboard. Options: English, Español, Français, Deutsch, Português.
Forum Channel Mode
PremiumCreate tickets as forum posts instead of threads. Requires a forum channel to be selected when creating your panel in the dashboard.
