Audit Log
The audit log tracks all admin, staff, and system actions across your server. Use it to see who changed what and when.
What's Tracked
Every significant action is logged, including:
- Tickets — close, claim, status change, tags, notes
- Settings — any setting change (with before/after values)
- Categories — create, update, delete
- Panels — create, update, delete, deploy
- Staff — role and override changes
- AI — settings changes, KB article create/update/delete
- Canned Responses — create, delete
- White-Label — configuration changes
Using the Audit Log
Navigate to the Audit Log page in the dashboard sidebar. Each entry shows:
- Time — when the action occurred
- Actor — who performed the action
- Action — what was done (e.g., ticket.close, settings.update)
- Details — target record and any metadata
For settings changes, you can see the exact before and after values for each field that was modified.
Filtering
Filter the audit log by:
- Action type — show only ticket actions, settings changes, etc.
- Actor — see all actions by a specific person
- Date range — filter to a specific time period
Results are paginated with 50 entries per page.

Discord Log Channel
Premium servers can enable the Post audit events to log channel toggle in Ticket Settings. When enabled, audit events are posted as embeds to your configured log channel in real time.
Discord log channel integration is a premium feature. Free servers can still view the audit log in the dashboard with 7-day retention.
Permissions
The audit log is visible to server admins and staff members with the View Logs permission enabled on their staff role.
