Audit Log

The audit log tracks all admin, staff, and system actions across your server. Use it to see who changed what and when.

What's Tracked

Every significant action is logged, including:

  • Tickets — close, claim, status change, tags, notes
  • Settings — any setting change (with before/after values)
  • Categories — create, update, delete
  • Panels — create, update, delete, deploy
  • Staff — role and override changes
  • AI — settings changes, KB article create/update/delete
  • Canned Responses — create, delete
  • White-Label — configuration changes

Using the Audit Log

Navigate to the Audit Log page in the dashboard sidebar. Each entry shows:

  • Time — when the action occurred
  • Actor — who performed the action
  • Action — what was done (e.g., ticket.close, settings.update)
  • Details — target record and any metadata

For settings changes, you can see the exact before and after values for each field that was modified.

Filtering

Filter the audit log by:

  • Action type — show only ticket actions, settings changes, etc.
  • Actor — see all actions by a specific person
  • Date range — filter to a specific time period

Results are paginated with 50 entries per page.
