Canned Responses

Pre-written message templates that staff can send in tickets with a single command.

Canned responses are a premium feature. You need an active premium subscription to create and use them.

What Are Canned Responses?

Canned responses are saved message templates that staff can quickly send in ticket threads using the /reply command. They're useful for common answers, greetings, or instructions that staff send frequently.

Creating a Response

On the Canned Responses dashboard page:

  1. Enter a Name — this is the shortcode staff type to find the response (e.g., "greeting", "refund-policy")
  2. Enter the Content — the full message text that will be sent
  3. Click Create

Names must be unique within your server. Use short, descriptive names that are easy to remember and type.

Using in Discord

In any ticket thread, type /reply and start typing the response name. Discord will show autocomplete suggestions matching your input.

Select a response and press Enter. The bot sends the full response content as a message in the ticket.

Managing Responses

From the dashboard you can:

  • Copy — copy the response content to your clipboard
  • Delete — permanently remove the response

To edit a response, delete the existing one and create a new one with the updated content.
