Dashboard Guide

The web dashboard lets you configure every aspect of Tixie for your server.

Accessing the Dashboard

Sign in at the homepage with your Discord account. You'll see a list of all servers where you have Manage Server permission.

Click Manage on a server that has the bot installed, or Install to add the bot first.

Permission Required

You need the Manage Server (or Administrator) permission in a Discord server to see it in the dashboard.

Overview Page

After selecting a server, you land on the overview page showing:

  • Open Tickets — currently active tickets
  • Closed Tickets — total resolved tickets
  • Categories — number of support categories
  • Total Messages — all messages across all tickets
  • Configuration — your current channel and counter settings

Sidebar Navigation

The sidebar shows available pages. Some are only visible with a premium subscription:

  • Overview — server stats and config summary
  • Panels — create and manage ticket panels
  • Ticket Settings — channels, messages, and advanced config
  • Ticket Logs — browse all tickets
  • Tickets Queue — manage open tickets by status
  • Ticket Router — visual routing rules (premium: unlimited conditions)
  • Canned Responses — premium
  • AI Settings — premium
  • Knowledge Base — premium
  • Analytics — premium
  • Search Tickets — premium
  • Audit Log — available to all tiers
  • Staff Management — premium
  • White-Label Bot — premium
