Ticket Logs

Browse, filter, and view all tickets for your server from the dashboard.

Browsing Tickets

The Ticket Logs page shows all tickets in your server, sorted by creation date (newest first). Each ticket shows:

  • Ticket number and category
  • Status (Open, In Progress, Waiting, On Hold, or Closed) with color-coded badges
  • User who opened the ticket
  • Message count
  • Creation date

Filtering

Use the filter tabs at the top to show:

  • All — every ticket
  • Open — newly created tickets awaiting staff
  • In Progress — tickets being actively worked on
  • Waiting — tickets awaiting user response
  • On Hold — paused tickets
  • Closed — resolved tickets

The total ticket count updates based on your filter selection.

Pagination

Tickets are shown 20 per page. Use the page numbers at the bottom to navigate. For large servers, the pagination shows a windowed range with ellipsis for very distant pages.

Ticket Detail View

Click any ticket to see its full detail page. This includes:

  • Info grid — who opened it, when, message count, status
  • Message transcript — full chronological message history with author and timestamp
  • Close info — who closed it, when, and reason (if provided)

Premium Features

With premium, the ticket detail view also shows:
  • Claimed By — which staff member claimed the ticket
  • Tags — category tags assigned to the ticket
  • Rating — the user's feedback rating (1-5 stars)
  • Staff Notes — internal notes only visible to staff in the dashboard
  • Export Transcript — download the full conversation as an HTML file

Staff Notes

Staff notes are internal annotations visible only in the dashboard — they are not shown to the ticket creator or in the Discord thread.

Use them to record internal decisions, escalation notes, or context that other staff should know about.
