PvP Arena

Use /rpg pvp challenge to challenge another member to a duel. They can accept or decline. Open challenges are casual — they don't affect your ELO rating.

This is great for friendly fights, testing new builds, or settling arguments about who has the better character.

For competitive players, use /rpg pvp queue to join the ranked matchmaking queue. The system pairs you with an opponent of similar ELO rating. Winning increases your rating; losing decreases it.

If no match is found within a few minutes, the system widens its search range. You can leave the queue at any time with /rpg pvp cancel.

PvP combat uses special balancing rules to keep fights fair and prevent one-shot kills:

Every player starts at 1000 ELO. After each ranked match, both players' ratings are adjusted based on the outcome and the expected result.

Beating a higher-rated opponent gives you more points than beating a lower-rated one. Losing to someone far below your rating costs more points. This naturally sorts players into skill tiers over time.

Winning ranked matches earns arena tokens — a special currency separate from XP. The number of tokens scales with your current win streak: longer streaks mean more tokens per win.

Arena tokens can be spent in the PvP shop, which offers exclusive items that cannot be obtained any other way. These items are often cosmetic or carry unique stat combinations.

Use /rpg leaderboard and select the PvP Rating tab to see the server's top-rated players. The leaderboard shows each player's ELO, win/loss record, and current streak.
